  Horrible, no common sense. Customer service is not their priority. To the T-Mobile Corporation, there’s common sense and then there’s stupidity. You’re losing customers.

  Very bad customer service! They look at you like they don't even want to help you. It is true that in order for you to get a phone they just say it will be a certain price and in the end you end up paying double than what you would have spent in samsung store. I hardly post any reviews, but in order for people to not come here, I prefer to just be honest and have others who plan to come here go to another tmobile store.
